Protection... When No One Is There !

Instructing the tenant to press the button on top of the Water Handler System's wall-mounted Smart Control Box will shut off the water to the rental. 

To verify that the tenant did as requested all you need to do is open the Water Handler APP on your phone. If the water is still turned ON the  APP's valve graphic will show water flowing and the activation button will be BLUE. Pressing this button will shut the water off in seconds. 

Note: Each property must have a functioning WIFI network in order to turn the water off using a cell phone.

Lake and Mountain properties often sit for weeks or months with no one present to detect an internal water leak. 

Pressing the button on the Smart Control Box before you drive away is the perfect solution !
